Aging adults, differently abled people and other vulnerable community members living independently away from their families often face disconnection from the community and reduced access to everyday services and companionships. With the increased shortage of professional caregivers and unprecedented wait times for government programs, the needs of our care recipients either remain largely unmet or get outsourced to expensive agencies.

Over the past two years, social enterprise Tuktu Care has created a network of community care champions who offer their time and service to their neighbors filling this big gap.

We support leaders with empathy and passion who want to contribute to their community and have shown strong commitment in their efforts.
